THREE WORKOUTS? OH MY! + MEAL PREPPING

 

My trainer Jo has challenged me to step it up a notch, or two, well three actually. Three training session in one week! I was a leery of whether I could handle it but I surprised myself and survived. So this week’s vlog features those three sessions as well as my meal prep for the week.

The preparation time was about 45 minutes, excluding the sweet potatoes which were baked earlier in the day for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
