Ingredients

3 oz light rum

1 ½ oz dark rum

1 oz Orange Curacao

2 oz fresh pineapple juice

1 oz fresh orange juice

1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Dash grenadine

4 maraschino cherries, garnish

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass and float the dark rum onto the top. Garnish with cherries

Glassware: Highball glass

Served: On the rocks
